Our lives are driven by change, yet trying to implement reform and lead change in an organization can be daunting.. If due care is not taken during the implementation of any change, the change may result in not only failure to achieve one’s goals, but may also strained and possibly ruined relationships. Assessing an organization’s capacity for change is critical, and it starts with an understanding of the organizations goals and a thorough assessment of the steps required during the change process.  Leaders are often called upon to act as “change agents” and this becomes increasingly challenging in the context of political dynamics. In this course, you will learn some proven methods that are essential to making a positive change in a political setting.
