Shaun Hurtado has served in educational leadership roles (TK-12) in urban, rural, and suburban school districts. His experience, expertise, and passion are creating a positive school culture for students and staff where they can thrive in their education and careers. A positive school culture is critical for initiating improved learning outcomes for students while cultivating active leadership roles for staff.

He has presented at local, regional and state conferences including for the Association of California School Administrators and the California Association Of Supervisors Of Child Welfare And Attendance. He enjoys facilitating leadership and coaching development sessions on positive school culture, cultivating leadership skills and roles while addressing student mental health, and incorporating restorative practices.

Mr. Hurtado is passionate about his role as an instructional and transformational leader. He desires to have a lasting positive impact in communities by educating youth and developing a positive transformational school culture that creates an environment for cultivating strong leaders.
