This course is intended for all food services workers including supervisors, managers, cooks and cashiers. The course in part meet the 4 hour training requirement for all food service workers mandated by United States Department of Agriculture and California Department of Education. Participants will reviews the food safety responsibilities and requirements of the Child Nutrition Department.

Welcome to the Total School Solutions Seminar on Food Service Safety!

Keeping students safe is the most important thing a school district does.  This course will provide required safety training to food service staff and includes assessments and a certificate of completion that employees can keep on file with human resources.   This course meets in part the USDA training requirements for food service workers.
