The Do’s and Don’ts of Special Education Law will be covered in this workshop. Important provisions of the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA) that school districts must follow to stay compliant will be presented and discussed. Additionally, the workshop will provide participants with a solid understanding of the steps and practices that must be taken while assisting students with disabilities (SWDs) in a learning environment.
